About the Founder
My name is Karlis, a wife, mom of 3 and entrepreneur. I was born and raised in the Motor City also know as Detroit, MI. I enjoy traveling, shopping, brunchin’, spending time with family and friends and of course making candles!
What makes Sweet Aroma different from other candle companies is the emotional appeal behind each candle. I know growing up my family didn’t have a lot and the thing that brought us together was food! When you smell my candles I want you to reminisce on that Sweet Potato Pie that grandma use to make, the time you went to the Apple orchard as a kid and you had your first cup of apple cider or simply just a moment when you had your best memories! I also want these candles to be a way for you to relax and help boost that little burst of happiness inside of you!

I purchased Noir and it is all that, I love the way it makes my house smell and still lingers even when not lit, all you have to do is remove the lid and the aroma fills the room. Very well made!

I love my candle! When I took the box out of the packaging I was impressed. The candle design is simple, yet elegant. It smells so good! So glad to have instructions on how to properly use and maintain the candle included with the purchase. I will definitely be ordering more candles...
